I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received in relation to my mother's Pre-Settled Status application. I paid a fee of £750 with the understanding that this amount covered assistance with the application process. However, I only received general recommendations and was later informed that there were no real chances for the application to succeed. My foreign partner and I have made now 5 applications that Amir has diligently put together and every time has been a very positive result, even after two failed attempts when submitting the application ourselves - I can’t recommend him and the team enough as they offer a timely and fully informed service. Not happy with this firm at all. Had to apply for visitor visa. Paid so much money only to speak to a case worker. Never spoke with lawyer HAQ. Whenever I spoke with HAQ was very vague and didn’t answer my questions. Aliya was ok but do not recommend for visitor visa. Getting a lawyer was the best decision we could have ever made. I have been trying to immigrate to the uk for about 2 years now to live with my husband. And the way the system is designed is meant to confuse the everyday person. We tried to do it ourself first and eventually consulted a lawyer that really helped us figure out where we went wrong. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. I paid several hundred pounds for my cousin’s visitor visa and, in hindsight, regret not reading independent reviews beforehand. My experience was wholly unsatisfactory, both in the outcome and the service provided. Communication was consistently poor, with significant difficulty in speaking directly to those handling the case, and the person dealing with my case did not appear to be a qualified solicitor.
