The staff in Sydney were professional and helpful before I sent my belongings to Lebanon. Now they won’t answer me or compensate me for my loss. I sent between 800-900kgs with Sabtek in October 2021. My most valuable items, all my power tools and kitchen appliances, have been ‘lost’. I have been trying to get an answer from them for over a year. Please don't send with them, don't trust them. I sent a shipment and after 2 months the mobile number not working and for the lady name Farrah. I have photo for her. I am going to give it to the police station and put it to all Facebook pages
