Purchased a love seat and recliner in March of 2025, by June there are issues with the springs coming through the fabric and poking/ scratching us every time we sit. I made a call, they were quick to schedule a repair for “ two days out”, three weeks later we finally get a repair man to come out. “I have to place order.” We were told one week. Visited the store with my dad while visiting Florence from out of town. They had a great selection of recliners and unfortunately I didn't have the right vehicle to buy anything but I may be back later. Savannah was very helpful and we appreciated how much time she spent with us. She made our visit very pleasurable.
