Great place to shop & get all the trendy clothes for a reasonable price. The ladies there always treat me like a VIP !
I went into the Manchester Boutique I was impressed with the young ladies working the store they helped me until I found the perfect birthday outfit very nice things and people I'll be back soon.
I went in this store for the first time yesterday! I usually look and drive past but yesterday was the day!!! And all I can say is thank you ladies!!!! The compliments were so real. You can check my profile picture for one of the outfits!!!!
I visited this store maybe a year ago with my cousin And found some nice pieces. I love to be original so this store is great for me. I went back to shop for my vacation and can I tell you every item slated. Charly and the girls were awesome.
Charly and her team always deliver! I came in the store looking for a particular style dress and it wasn't in stock. A few hours later I got a call from the owner to come back and see the items that she personally picked out for me. I just left with those dresses and a few other items that I couldn't pass up. I am always so pleased with the entire experience. I am grateful to be able to spend money in my community with an established Black business woman . �
To make a long story short I love to shop at business's that practice great customer service. Unfortunately the lack of customer service was definitely present today. I will no longer be spending my money at this Boutique!
