I’m sorry to say that my complaint is the same as the one I read someone wrote 4yrs ago. It’s a shame because I know Steve from a networking group and he’s a great guy. Just not great at maintaining the customer experience in times of need.
Been trying to receive contact from them for weeks now and they have not returned any messages or calls. I’ve left multiple messages with my contact information and they just don’t care enough to reply. Take your money elsewhere. Edit: Two weeks later, I have finally received a return phone call.
