It is no longer accessible to locals to use tram services. The tram used to be affordable and more readily available. Now it is only accessible to tourists. Locals no longer use the tram because it is always sold out and the charge is exorbitant. Families can’t come in with toddlers or their elderly parents and accessibly use the tram. As a local who has enjoyed past tram experiences in the Canyon for over 25 years -I am quite disgusted with the attitude shift since TEP took over. It can take over two hours to get on a tram and I am informed that the service is so limited you may not get tickets for a following day. The number of seats has been cut in half .
