Beware My husband and I contacted Valarie on February 21, 2012 about doing our 2011 taxes. She set up an appointment to meet with us on March 19 and assured us that she'd complete our taxes in 2 weeks (well before the filing deadline in mid-April). After 2-1/2 weeks passed and we hadn't heard back, we contacted her, and she said she'd complete them by April 12 or 13 (3-1/2 weeks after our initial meeting).
