Worst bank I have ever delt with. I moved and they would not change my address on the account over the phone I know its a saftey thing but if I awnser my security questions right they can tell me my balance but not change my address, and we had to cancel our cards because of fraud and my wife never recived her card we called and they said they would send another and never did. I hope they go out of bussines
CERTAIN TELLERS HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. i WAITED 9 MINUTES AT THE SOUTH FORT POLK, LA BRANCHS DRIVE IN WINDOW THIS PAST SATURDAY. THEN THIS UNQUALIFIED FEMALE DID NOT PUT MY MONEY IN AN ENVELPOE. THIS WAS IN MY OPINOIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHE DID NOT EVEN SAY THANK YOU OR SORRY FOR THE DELAY. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A couple weeks after I opend the account with them I wanted to withdraw some money because I was going back home for alittle and they told me I wasnt aloud to since the account was new till after so long Im getting NSF withdraws from my account when I have money in the account and there online banking is sooo slow it takes days for it to show up on your account.
Barksdayl is on and off poset. They are always friendly and helpfull. They have been a great mony instetut for us.
