Cindy Simmons should not whisper on the phone advising someone NOT to do a transfer when the customer requests it to be done. She should also stay out of customer’s family business. Would she put a minor on the streets to live without support? By her actions and comments she would. It is also very unprofessional to lie about the bank not accepting a POA that has been prepared by an attorney. And definitely she should not slam the phone down in someone’s ear not once but twice. Cindy Simmons is by far the rudest and most intrusive person I’ve encountered in my years of banking and customer service. She gave false information to me twice this week to avoid transferring money to my account from a member of the bank. After calling her and asking her since when did she become a trusted financial advisor, I had the phone slammed in my face. When I called again to make a complaint against her, I was given the run around by bank staff and transferred to her again. She hung up in my face AGAIN after I sta... read more
