The older ladies who work in the front do not need to work in customer service!! We ended up picking a different bank instead of going with this one because they literally did everything possible to make it so we couldn't open an account with them! It was so weird! Went to a different bank and had an account set up super easy and quick with no attitudes! Happy we didn't pick this bank!
Went to open a checking account in Winnfield. Jason refused saying I had been ugly to the tellers or something. Without giving me a chance to explain myself. He made a decision on an sccusal but never let me know we had a problem or gave me a chance to defend myself. Act6did me a huge favor. I already have an account in a legit bank. But no local branch. That was the only reason I was trying to open an account with a hometown bank. It's a non-issue. Just poorly handled by Jason. Thanks for the favor
