Actually a scam. Gave them a final payment of 200 for them to say I was all done. That was a lie 6 months later they call me back saying they have already sent me to collections and the balance has been racking up, No call, mail or email, Thn they deceive to randomly one day call and lmk this balance has just been racking up and to tell me that IVE been breaking promises? Truly a scam. Their revenue stream is to make money off people with fake declines and charge you a late fee. This company has done this twice. I talked to my bank and there were no issues. Pay cash for any and all jewelry do NOT use financing especially this company. Send all complaints to BBB.
