Dealt with this firm for most of 2023. Would not recommend at all. In the end, after many phone calls and several in person visits, they finally did provide the service requested but it was a long and painful experience. The receptionist is the worst I've ever experienced. She was rude and dismissive and blamed the lawyers for everything on the phone and in person. She should have been fired ages ago.
