Maybe it's me but, I remember the day going into the office and Mr. Sabb said, don't worry about anything, we will take it from here. Doing our interactions, I always had a hard time contacting someone for even for call backs until it was time for me to sign the check. After that, I am waiting, I was told, "we did a lot of free things for you", I got what I paid for, nothing....
