The drivers sitting at the top are of Phoenician Claim to work for this place. They claim to have a exclusive contract with the resort. Riding in there vehicle it should not even qualify for Uber Black! The interior is gray and the vehicle smells like food. Be careful of these guys. Was not e en on the web site.

I reserved two SUVs for pick up, only 1 showed up. We sat there for 45 minutes, called dispatch multiple times, only to have the driver from the first car come back after he dropped the first half of our group off. I’ve called them multiple times inquiring about a refund. I was told I had to speak with Accounting, left my contact info, and haven’t heard back in over a week. Do NOT use this company.

Worst company ever. We send them so much business and they always drop the ball. They let you schedule pick ups then tell you they have no guarantee. The lady who works reception is an absolute joke. She will lie, take no responsibility and tell you basically to figure it out. Imagine if you are just a one trip rider the treatment you would get, considering what we get when we send them so much business. Find any other company, trust me. We are finding anyone else to work with.

Sometimes reviews can be misleading, but as you can see all of these have something in common. As someone who sends them so much business, they are super unreliable and inconsiderate. They don't help in anyway and the lady who answers the phone is a truly a horrible employee. I would never hire her even if she was the last choice. Save yourself the hassle and find anyone else. VIP, yellow cab or even discount cab.
