Very poor customer service. I'm incredibly disappointed.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Owner changed and refused to honour my $170 massage voucher. Was extremely rude and repeatedly hung up on me. Go get your massage elsewhere with someone that respects and appreciates their clients! I wish I could give 0 stars.
Really clean and welcoming place. The owner was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what she was doing. The massage helped ease my back pain quite a bit. Would definitely come back.
I booked via the website on Google and it showed open Sunday until 9pm. Booking confirmation was received. Arrive at the shop and it’s closed.
