Booked an appointment using there online system and had a confirmation message. When i arrived the sign said open but no one answered the door. Attempted to ring the buzzer, knock and call the contact number multiple times to no avail. incredibly unreliable.

The staff was friendly. However, the male masseuse was not very skilled. He pressed on my back bones and did not relax my muscles at all. Even during the massage, it felt like he was spacing out and not concentrating at all, which was very frustrating. And when I asked him to relax my arm muscles, he just pressed roughly and did not massage at all. I was so tired that I went to relax all my muscles, but I came home very upset. I was so so so sad whew …
Wonderful staff, excellent relaxing massage, the perfect pressure, almost fell asleep on the table it was so relaxing. The aromatherapy oil massage I had included hot stones at no extra charge. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. Highly recommend!
