Never had a massage before and forgot to tell them. Was an interesting experience! Could feel all the knots in my shoulder / back as she worked. Talked at the end and let them know and I was warned I might be a bit sore the next day. This was true but I felt fine after lunch the next day. Am able to turn my head to the right properly without it stiffening at about 60 Degrees. Went back again for a longer session a week later and only 2 knots left to sort out!
