I had an excellent experience at Saba QVB, especially with Fiona Barton. God! She is amazing! I exchanged size twice, and in both times she was very helpful, kind and professional. I ordered two garments on sale at the Saba website. Both garment listings reported multiple items in stock. This evening I got an automated e-mail saying neither item could be supplied. My special events wardrobe is probably 50% Saba and I am not looking forward to searching for another Australian supplier with similar fit and quality.
Best shopping experience my wife has had in years!! Thanks very much Lauren and the SABA QVB team for making my wife's clothes shopping experience so good! Lauren was incredibly helpful, not pushy at all, and suggested some beautiful garments most of which my wife ended up buying. Thank you again and we will definitely be back!
There was a torn pocket in brand new pair Saba pants that I had purchased. However after contacting them Saba rectified the issue quickly and thoughtfully. Will purchase again.
If you don’t know where to purchase some formal attire, go to SABA. every store I visited across Sydney provided great service and helps. Two weeks ago I was in Saba QVB and one of the staff helped me find a nice and comfortable suit. Every season I can find some nice clothes from Saba. Lovely design and amazing service.
