I bought a beautiful trench coat this afternoon and was helped by Rita, who was so lovely and kind. It’s always such a pleasure to receive genuinely warm, thoughtful service! Thank you, Rita!

Liza you absolute gem! Best experience shopping with her today. So helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she has exceptional knowledge of all products. Not just me, but for my partner Joe also. Thank you so so so so much!
