Had a terrible experience at SABA Indooroopilly today! I was unable to exchange an item because the manager didn’t know how to use her own systems. It took her quite a while to locate our account, and once she did, she didn’t know how to process the exchange and was also overcharging us. She was extremely rude and honestly looked like she didn’t want to be working there at all. I have experience appalling customer service at this store. I have shopped here for many years. I was trying to organise a return. The staff all gave me different information about the store policy. I was told that the manager would contact me. I left my details and she didn't. When I called her a week later she was very rude. I love the clothes, but wont shop at this store again.
Nice quality clothing. Customer service from woman this morning was very cool. Looked like she didn't want to be there. With such a quality store, would have expected better.
