I would like to express my disappointment in my recent customer service experience at Highpoint David Jones whilst wanting to exchange a faulty Saba garment. I purchased the 2x Saba hoodies which RRP for $229 each only two weeks ago (receipt attached) so I decided to come into store especially to get this matter sorted there and then on my only day off on Saturday the 13th of July around 11am.
