Extremely disappointing experience at the Saba Bondi store. Parvin, the manager, displayed dismissive and unprofessional behaviour when I tried to return a completely unworn garment with all tags attached, only one day after receiving it. The garment had an unusual paint-like smell throughout the fabric, yet Parvin unfairly accused me of returning an item that “smelled bad” and refused to accept it.
