My partner who is on the spectrum visited Saba in Chadstone today. Michelle, helped guide us through clothing and outfits for him with sensitivity and grace. Michelle’s people skills and ability to meet shoppers on their level is extraordinary! Just had the best service I’ve experienced in any retail store by Michelle at SABA Chadstone. She was so helpful, pleasant and kind.
This is my third visit to Chadstone Saba and each time I was struck not only by Michelle’s outstanding knowledge of clothes and customer service skill but more rarely n importantly her warmth, honesty and kindness. It is simply her being her genuine self. Especially in this busy stressful Christmas season her energy grounded me and reminded me that wonderful people though rare still exists in our chaotic world. This was my first time shopping at Saba, and I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding service Michelle provided. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to exactly what I was looking for. She found the right sizes and the perfect pieces for me, making my very first experience at Saba so easy and enjoyable.
