This one star is for the assistant manager Emma from Canberra Centre and the regional manager Annika who yelled at me on the phone, saying that they don't need to have customers like me. Fantastic customer service by Ingrid and the store manager for assisting with my purchase today . Always a pleasure to walk in store and doing my purchase !
Have been to this shop twice today tried to purchase a top which with a further 30% off. Some how, maybe the staffs don't care about the customer service or don't care of the sales, two female staffs talked to each other for about 15 mins about their personal life!!! At the same time, there were 4,5 customera walked in and out, however no of us been greeting. Or maybe I'm not welcomed. Actually I am a loyalty customer to SABA, but this happens every Sunday in that new store! Good luck and goodbye!
