Highly unprofessional. I had this guy filled my last year annual tax return. I paid his fee and was told everything has been submitted. This year when i went to some other accountant to submit my tax, i came to know that my last year tax return was never submitted. After giving him a couple of calls, he did it. But Not very satisfied with his work. I never got any trillium benefits or any tax credits for last year yet.
