Would not recommend this carrier. He quoted us on a project we won and would not honor the rate, but doubled the rate when it was ready to move. This put us in a horrible spot. NOT a trust worthy company. If this is the case with booking rates they provided to us, i could only imagine their services.
if i could give 0 stars i would, they committed to multiple loads than changed the rate after quoting, expecting us to pay for the back haul is not a good way to do business after committing to a rate
