J’ai passé mon examen pratique de conduite à la SAAQ Henri Bourassa et je ressors extrêmement déçu par le manque total de flexibilité, d’équité et d’humanité dans l’évaluation. Je me suis présenté malade, affaibli, mais quand même prêt à conduire de façon sécuritaire. Until about May 2024 students who had a driving exam who did not have access to a personal car could go to a driving school buy a coupon and on the day of the test simply go the SAAQ Bourassa show the coupon at the reception and the examiner had the keys and knew which car to use. Now this saaq has stopped this simple service for the benefit of their employees to park their personal cars instead.Can you imagine a private business's workers using the parking for themselves and the hell with clients ?
