I made an order for 3.5kg of mixed nougat, each flavour I ordered was 500g, however one of the bags was 320grams and another was 413 grams… I paid $113… which is already way too much compared to buying in the store and worse to not receive the amount I ordered. I paid $10 for next day shipping. It took 5 days to receive it. They didn’t ship it because the man said he didn’t know how to. Today I visited Al-Saadi Nuts for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of the products was outstanding. The owner was extremely kind and generous, offering me samples of their delicious nuts until I was completely full. They also treated me to a very tasty coffee, which made the experience even better. Honestly, they deserve more than five stars. I will definitely be coming back again!
Guy charges taxes, when others dont. Also asked me for a nut mix from the stuff i saw n he gives from a different batch (not sure why but that didnt sit right with me)
I walked in with my husband; We were waiting 10 minutes and still there was no one to assist us. The staff was all in the back. So we walked out. It’s too bad, that lost a decent chunk of money we were looking to spend.
