He will start a text thread with you and take pics along the way show you everything going on with your car and keeps you in the loop. Best exp. Ive had with a mechanic hands down. I found him because no one else could fix my 9-3. Towed her from SF to Santa Cruz, totally worth it! He had me on my way within an hour. Dan does great work in an emergency, but he is in demand, so it's best to make an appointment.
