I've had sports massages before but this was the best one yet! Anthony was kind, respectful and extremely talented. My right knee and leg have been hurting all week and I left with no pain at all. He gave me tips for stretching and rolling out my muscles before I left. I can't wait to come back in two weeks and continue the therapy. Do yourself and your body a favor and book a massage!
I am really happy with the approach that Frankie took. From meeting me when I arrived and assesing my needs. She took her time to work through my troubled areas. Then made sure to give me some pointers on how to do some homework to continue to strengthen.
I went in there with hip and thigh issues that were restricting my range of motion and when our session was done I could already move better and the range of motion improved. Anthony knows what he is doing!
