Our dining chairs have finally arrived and we are very happy with them. A manufacturing delay had us concerned for a while and communication regarding delivery time didn't give us confidence but Frank got involved and all has worked out. The chairs are comfortable, stylish and pretty well priced. Thank you
Nice people in the showroom but then completely downhill service - avoid unless you are into substandard care and a totally dishevelled company. Not only did we deal with Gepps Cross, but also Keswick and the logistics. From not being informed of delivery until we harassed, to being delivered recliners with no reclining cords minus one completely frayed and dangerous, to us having to pick up the new cords, to a hole in the couch that they have not returned multiple calls and left messages about, it's absolutely NOT ok at all... read more
I had my beautiful longue delivered from SA lounge suites today. The whole team at Keswick were fantastic and easy to deal with. Delivery guys were top professional and courteous . I would highly recommend them.
Bob and Damo delivered and installed my lounge suite yesterday. They were magnificent and it's a pleasure to give them 5 stars.
