Purchased a lounge from SA Lounge Suites Gepps Cross and had an issue with one of the chairs. Thankfully both Maria and Gianni were extremely helpful and accommodating and made the process of dealing with after sales service easy. Thank you.
Ordered a dining table and 4 chairs from here on the 7th of June. The person in the showroom was very nice and accommodating and is obviously not at fault here as im sure this is out of their control, but communication since from sa lounge suites has been very poor. We were estimated 6-8 weeks for our dining set to be ready and were aware the chairs could take a little longer to build, hence the 6-8 weeks. We chose to deal with SA Lounge Suites because we wanted to support locals. That was our first mistake. We were treated very well in store but after spending $5000.00 on out modular lounge suit we discovered a couple of months after delivery, that the quality of our purchase and the standard of after sales service was very lacking, in fact abysmal.
