Very poor service.. we spent nearly $13,000 on furniture, we were quoted 8-10 weeks, being Christmas was in the middle of that timeframe, which we understood. Well that timeframe came and went with no communication or updates. You email the after sales service, get no response. You call after sales service and they say “they’ll get back to you” and never do. You call the store, they can’t check anything.. and are very hesitant to even help. We had such a lovely experience with Charles today. He was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to help my fiancé and I find the perfect couch for our first new home together, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and outstanding customer service
My lounge was built and delivered 4 months ago. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect lounge set and was convinced about what I wanted until I walked into SA Lounge Suites. I ended up ordering the 3 piece modular and chase Layla with the Amalfi Forest covering. The salesperson didn't even need to sell it to me, as I knew I wanted this as soon as I sat on it. Im very happy with the sofa its exactly the colour and style I was looking for. Its so comfortable and suits my place well. They would have a 5 star review if they were more forthcoming with the communication as many reviewers have remarked on. The website went down over early January I panicked thinking the worst,tried to get someone to tell me what was happening but I needed to call 4 times before Kerry let me know what was going on. Thankfully, Gianni knows what he is doing. Great furniture, lousy communication.
