Thank you to James, Frank and Anastasia for the best service ,I just bought a beautiful lounge suite and love it. The price was right and i got delivered straight away .. So happy .
We chose to deal with SA Lounge Suites because we wanted to support locals. That was our first mistake. We were treated very well in store but after spending $5000.00 on out modular lounge suit we discovered a couple of months after delivery, that the quality of our purchase and the standard of after sales service was very lacking, in fact abysmal. We bought most of our furniture from this place. Our family started to buy their furniture from this place as well. We are very happy!
Nice people in the showroom but then completely downhill service - avoid unless you are into substandard care and a totally dishevelled company. Not only did we deal with Gepps Cross, but also Keswick and the logistics. From not being informed of delivery until we harassed, to being delivered recliners with no reclining cords minus one completely frayed and dangerous, to us having to pick up the new cords, to a hole in the couch that they have not returned multiple calls and left messages about, it's absolutely NOT ok at all... read more
