We had a great experience with SA Lounges at Gepps Cross. They have a fantastic selection of lounges at very good prices. Most of their designs are Australian-designed and made overseas, so it did take some time for our beautiful couch to arrive, but it was absolutely worth the wait.We were very happy with the delivery and professional setup of our auto-recliner lounge. Very happy with the couches we bought from the Gepps Cross store. Charlie was our sales person who was an ex Brittish Royal Marine. He was honest with everything including delivery dates, our issues with narrow doorways that the couches would need to go through for installation and the stairs situation. Very poor service.. we spent nearly $13,000 on furniture, we were quoted 8-10 weeks, being Christmas was in the middle of that timeframe, which we understood. Well that timeframe came and went with no communication or updates. You email the after sales service, get no response. You call after sales service and they say “they’ll get back to you” and never do. You call the store, they can’t check anything.. and are very hesitant to even help.
