These people called us to run a trip for them the customers we picked up were to pay part and they were supposed to pay the deposit 2 days later no deposit from them and no my phone is blocked terrible to do business like this do not work with these people!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We reserved a limousine. They showed with a party bus as the limousine was down due to broken ac. No problem We could could a good time right? The bus was filthy, poorly maintained with wires proturdinh every where. The worst part was when it started raining INDIDE the bus.!! We had to sit in rear of bus, as all our clothes ,phones and food got wet. $700+ later , we were offered a future credit with them. I would have given this place 0 stars. This was the absolute worst service I have ever received. I tried to speak to a manager and I got “Jeffy.” He told me his boss was in Horseshoe Bay and would never speak to us. Finally, he gave me “his” number and he sent me to someone who was driving us and yelled at me on the phone. Then the driver proceeded to yell at me and tell me that we “might” get home (an hour and a half away). Very bad customer service when you decide not to do business with them. He will message you on email and if you found him on FB, he will message you through there as well telling you you're broke,I and continuing to tell you how you'll be having to catch an Uber. Do have screenshots to back that up. He's very persistent for your business as he will email you a hundred times a day, on a daily until he blows up and sends you messages. Seems like he's the broke one. Wouldn't recommend
