We hadn't pre-booked as not sure our plans today, but Shane went above and beyond to get two Tuk Tuks ready for us on super short notice. He and Rachel gave us fantastic, thorough instructions before we set off, which made our ride so much easier. From our initial call yesterday to our last-minute request today, they were incredibly responsive and always answered the phone immediately. We couldn’t have asked for a warmer or better experience in McLaren Vale. Thank you, Shane and Rachel!
