Stay away from this place. Store owner promise to come over and do the measurements so we set the date and time (5 hours window) he never show up. We call no one answer , no one call us back . We call again next day and ask for him but no one can get in touch with him . So we keep calling day after day and finally after few days we were able to speak with him. When I ask him about our appointment he don’t even remember (and I talk to him in pers weak before) So we schedule another one and he did show up but he wasn’t sure wh... read more
RecommendedI have been using them since we bought our home and the support and customer service is seconds to none. Their installers and service techs are very courteous and knowledgeable. I have even had the owner come when I had issues. Don’t hesitate to have them out. Best choice I made.

no customer service don't buy from them. They do not back up stoves that they sell. I am so sorry that I have paid my money with them.
Horrific customer service. Been waiting 4 days for a reply to set up a delivery date on a paid in full stove. Nobody seems to know anything, and the reply to my comment was "well it gets crazy here sometimes." No apology or concern. If I didn't need the stove I would demand a refund and shop elsewhere..... Buyers BEWARE !!
