This place is becoming a complete joke scamming you for fees that there system had a glitch in. Also Jackie thats been there for 18 years has horrible customer service idk how she has been there that long. I been hearing people complain I had them for 5 years its time to find a better bank thay cares about there customers
An excellent place to do your banking! No matter which location I visit, I always find them to be helpful, professional and kind.
ATMs are often not operational and now their listed phone number is not working. Service to their customers is lacking.
I tried to open an account here and had mentioned that I currently have citizens and my reason for leaving was that they told me they would back me/ensure me if I got scammed using a Zelle transfer. Then they tried to sell me on the product after I expressively told them that I didn’t want or need the product and didn’t care for it and how it was the whole reason I was leaving my previous bank. Len & now Kyle have been awesome! The most, patient, dedicated, to their customers I've met dealing with banks. I get offers all the time for $300.00 to switch your checking from Chase &.Wells Fargo & even though I don’t live near my branch I can’t bring myself to leave with how much they’ve assisted over the years. This is a real 5 Stars!
