My original appointment was at 10:30, but the clinic changed it to 10:00. I arrived on time, yet the nurse and director came only at 10:30, leaving me waiting for half an hour. This is not professional service. I asked for Botox on my forehead, but the director repeatedly pushed me to do the eye area instead. After waiting 30 minutes, the consultation lasted only 2 minutes, and I was still charged a $20 consultation fee. If this $20 could be used next time, why was I not told before paying? I had Botox and lip fillers done at this clinic, and I couldn’t be happier. Sua has an amazing aesthetic sense, unlike the traditional “thick lips” look, she designed my lips to suit my overall facial features perfectly. It’s exactly the look I’ve always dreamed of. Their Botox is also very affordable, and the results lasted nearly 8 months! I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommend this place to everyone I know. Sua and her team are truly trustworthy and talented!!!!!!🥰
