the drivers are amazing, the dispatcher is a rude, mean woman who scolds you like a child and practically yells at you when she calls in the most unprofessional way, this is the ACCESS/ MATP provider for my area and i dont have any other choice, im in a wheelchair! fire or get that woman some sensitivity training, she needs to be professional and polite, not give me ptsd flashbacks, TERRIBLE DISPATCHER!!!!!
