Wasn't going to leave any review. I was so fed up after the first experience with this company that I was determined never to go back. They couldn't do the simplest text design on a highly used cap. They ruined the hat I brought to them, then multiple other hats, trying to get their machine not to mangle the job. The final, finished product, was questionable at best. These guys are the BEST! I had an issue with a jacket we ordered for my son's team—the zipper broke. I reached out to S&S, and they responded right away. After asking a few quick questions, they told me a replacement jacket had already been ordered. They explained it would take about a week to arrive and kept me updated every step of the way. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend them for all your sports team needs!
Excellent experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, turnaround time was impressively fast, and the quality of the prints was top-notch. Highly recommend!
