Many years myself and family members had Mike do our taxes. Always done on time with great satisfaction with his services. He also goes beyond with night phone calls and quick responses to voicemails.
I am horrified with how you run a business. For you to take advantage of someone who is elderly and relied on you to do the business you where hired for. Taxes where given to you 3 weeks before tax deadline, and you lost them and did not file until we threatened to come and get are info back from you. The first time we followed up on status of our taxes we where told they will be done when they done. Then when we followed up a second time we where told there was no record of us.
