I over heard my mother discussing her taxes with the secretary. Secretary gave her false info about checking the "where's my refund" website. Becky was on "vacation". I politely and professionally asked them to have an answer about her refund by Friday. I received a call from Becky, yelling at me to have my mother pick up her documents and send them herself. Becky did not refund any money back. 0/0 would not recommend. Save your money or go to another business.
Becky and her employees are amazing!! Professional, courteous and kind.
doesnt even deserve 1 star, Becky is NEVER there, NEVER answered my calls or texts for a year, which resulted in my 2022 taxes being a year late & when asked for my paperwork, they claimed i owed a balance when everything was paid. At this point i think they wanna just charge extra so she can go on vacation. Got text messages where for a year i got no response. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!
