Where do I start? From the unprofessional letter our subdivision received to the lack of concern I experienced from the office staff. The letter did not come on any letterhead did not have the office address or phone number on the letter. When I questioned Cheryl the accountant at this office I was told that letterhead is expensive That would be passed down to our association. It made me laugh because I thought every computer comes with Microsoft Word or Apple Pages. Making letterhead would be of no cost to our association. ... read more
