Everyone was really nice and welcoming! It seemed like a very nice place!
My dad moved to Rosewood just over a year ago. It was a scary time and we had lost trust in the medical system. It took some time but my dad and I have come to trust the wonderful staff at Rosewood. He has been treated with respect and kindness. The nurses have aways answered my questions and taken my concerns seriously. I feel my dad is in a safe place. Which gives me comfort. I cannot say enough about the care and compassion at Rosewood. Every single staff member truly embodies their mission that the residents are not living in their workplace but rather that the staff are working in their home. The leadership creates an inclusive atmosphere that makes Rosewood a unique place. We have found the communication between family members and staff to be exceptional.
