We are totally happy with Rosewood staff and how caring their team is . Our mom has been at Rosewood for 9 years and she is definitely treated like family by everyone. They keep the building safe and clean at all times and go over and above with drives, day trips and shopping outings in a safe and loving matter as well as taking time from their daily duties to give her and all residents one on one visits, chats or getting dressed up and making her laugh. I have absolutely nothing, but the highest praise and thanks towards Rosewood Manor. All staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. My father has been a resident for over a year now. From time to time, it has been difficult to accept that he’s no longer in his home, however Rosewood has proven to be the best alternative. It’s really difficult to highlight certain exceptional staff, for fear of missing some. Am always welcomed with smiles and friendliness. Am still in community, but recommend as my future home.
My father spent approximately 9 months at Rosewood Village. He was very appreciative of the care and the friendliness of the staff. The staff always said hello and called him by name. He enjoyed the food and participated and many activities when able. Thank you to everyone who took care of our father/grand father / great grand father during his time at Rosewood village.
