Excellent care for my mother- staff responsive, caring, friendly.
I work as a care professional providing private support and companionship to a resident of Rosewood Manor. The staff here are amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted warmly by Amy at the front desk. There is not a question she cannot answer, and she always has a cheerful disposition. Rosewood Staff is so compassionate, dedicated , respectful, loving and supportive to each and every resident and Family or caregiver that they meet. I am a nurse of 42 years who had to find a retirement for my Godmother who needed care and support . Each staff went over and above to ensure that every one of her needs and wants were met . My Mom has been at Rosewood Village for about a year and a half. The staff is excellent, caring and very kind. The food is good and there are activities that help occupy her. It is a comfort to me to know mom is in a really good place.
I think finding the right residence that ticks all the boxes for a parent to live is a hard thing to do. Rosewood is the perfect spot! Mom has lived her for over 2 years and not only found the staff friendly and compassionate, the food is great, there are fun activities and the facility is immaculate. I have to give a shout out to Susan, Karen, Trish and Amy - they have gone above and beyond to make mom comfortable and give me the peace of mind knowing she is well looked after. Thanks Rosewood!!
