Majestic Furnishings. What a horrible buying experience this has been. Not only lost $1000 in cash but also in a credit card dispute for $569. To date I haven’t received the furniture I ordered since July but Majestic Furnishings has apparently cancelled my order. I was told every week that the delivery would take place that week. Very poor Customer service. I get excuses and then finally get a delivery date. The delivery day comes and goes without at least a courtesy call. So far there have been 3 delivery dates. I’m still waiting on delivery or at least a courtesy call. On my first visit to the store I was impressed with the customer service. I was looking forward to buying new bedroom furniture and some accent pieces. Now, I’m definitely done with this furniture store.
Mr. Javier was very helpful with our living room purchase. His delivery man was also very great and helpful! I'm in love with my new sofas.
