I’ll start out with a positive. Horace elementary school bus driver on route Hillcrest . He gets a five star , he is so sweet and friendly I never got a chance enough to thank him . He is punctual, friendly and good to the kids .However, for global arts bus route bus f I believe is rude , an hour or more late then gets mad when asked why are you so late . As a mother, I totally understand bus delays and all, especially during construction season. But for a bus driver to skip my children's bus stop altogether is beyond me (my children are elementary students). My daughters and another child were waiting for half an hour at their bus stop in the cold. Good thing my daughter has a phone. When it comes to SPPS transportation, I know it’s all about who you have as a bus driver and who you talk to when you call for help/questions. There have been times, no doubt, where I have been frustrated with unexpected bus delays. But everyone I’ve ever talked to who works for SPPS Transportation has came across polite, that they care, and they have gotten issues resolved when I bring them up. Ben is doing this job horribly wrong he said he don't care about this google review which speaks highly on how he feels with working for saint paul public schools transportation he has mad me sick today talking with him over the phone about my 2nd grade sons school bus stop being changed 5 blocks from our house every stop he gives us is extremely far and it is about to be cold out side the bus is never on time picking up our dropping off so not only do we have to wait longer we have to walk longer with our child his attitude... read more
