I found S. Nicky Mitchell through an EAP program in 2016. My first time using it and I felt like I lucked up when I found her. She was professional, thoroughly communicative, and organized case details well. Later in the case there was dissatisfaction with her representation. The mediation was a nightmare. Her thoroughness disappeared at a moment I really needed her, to be, with the opposing side. Signing a mediated settlement agreement has been traumatic, disastrous, and perhaps a mistake.
