It would honestly be easier to retrieve my package from the depths of hell than from this pickup location
My express UPS package was sent to this store for pickup and it was consistently closed during regular hours with no notice. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone so had to make multiple pick up attempts. I finally managed to get my package but the entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating.
Worst experience because of female employee she doesn’t know how to talk with customer. She harassed me and my brother. I request to the respected owner to teach her
Got a package redirected to this place and they refused it and it got returned to sender......do not recommend using this place
