An incompetent, unprofessional and ridiculous business this is. Dealing with Stefan is like dealing with someone that has alzheimer's. Forgetting to submit and file documents. His practice gets provided documents that he requested and then he claims he never receives it. Says he doesnt have copies of documents that he copied and supplied to me.
