I had 2 replacement lids shipped, no quote or indication of price was given until I received the invoice. They charged over $22, more than 4x the cost of the merchandise, and they arrived smashed together in a box without a scrap of packing material to protect them or keep them from getting stuck together. Incredibly disappointing.
I deliver steel there often, while the people that work there are really friendly, the area is surrounded by chicken farms, so it always smells HORRIBLE!!!!!!! be thankful if you have never smelled the overwhelming smells associated with chicken farms.....so thick you can almost taste it.
