These folks are absolutely amazing. Incredibly knowledgable and helpful, they worked with me to identify what I needed to get a couple of antique lenses up and working. They were pretty quick in fabricating the missing parts and mounted the lenses beautifully in custom lens boards. Can't recommend them strongly enough!
Got a retainer ring setup made perfectly for my 300mm Nikkor lens on my intrepid 4x5 camera, I real life saver honestly. Thanks again so much for everything.
I loved my experience with SK Grimes. If you are ever lucky enough to visit them you will quickly learn why they are famous for what they do. They were able to quickly answer a number of complicated questions about my lenses and talked me through all the different possible solutions for them. The customer service was honestly perfect. They really are the best in the at what they do.
I had an adaptor made a few years (10ish) back and it turned out great! I also bought their spanners recently (last couple years) and those are tight!
