I hired Josh after being issued two pretty severe traffic tickets. According to the RI Colin Foote law I should have received a suspended license. This would have posed a great problem for me as my job requires me to do a lot of driving. Josh's hard work and advocacy made sure that didn't happen. He ensured I had quite literally the most minimal penalty possible. He was extremely no nonsense, but equally as kind. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney.
